Sevita Group operates in strict compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". We guarantee the high quality of our planting material, but we understand that circumstances may change.

You may return or exchange goods within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the rules listed below are followed.

1. Important Conditions for Seed Returns

Please note! Planting material is a specific type of good. According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, certain quality goods are not subject to return. However, we are always willing to cooperate with the client if:

  1. Packaging integrity is preserved. Goods are accepted back exclusively in the original, factory-sealed packaging. If the packet has been opened, seals are broken, or there are traces of attempted opening, the return is not possible.

  2. Marketable condition. The packaging must not be soiled, damaged by moisture, or deformed. Labels and markings must be legible.

  3. Documents. A settlement document (invoice, receipt, or payment slip) confirming the purchase from our store is present.

2. Procedure Upon Receipt of Order

Always check the cargo at the carrier's branch! Upon receiving your order at "Nova Poshta" or another delivery service, carefully inspect the packaging for mechanical damage, moisture, or quantity discrepancies.

  • If you discover damage — file a Claim Act directly at the carrier's branch and refuse to accept the parcel.

  • By taking the goods from the branch, you confirm that you have no claims regarding their appearance and completeness.

3. Return Procedure

If you decide to return goods of proper quality, please follow this algorithm:

Step 2. Sending the Goods Returns are processed via "Nova Poshta".

  • The manager will provide you with the recipient's address and details during the call.

  • Important: Shipping costs for returning goods of proper quality are covered by the Buyer. We do not accept parcels sent at the recipient's expense (Cash on Delivery).

Step 3. Refund Once the goods are received at our warehouse, our specialists inspect the packaging integrity and compliance with requirements.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the moment we receive the goods.

  • Funds are transferred to the bank account (card) from which the payment was made, or according to the details specified in your written application.
