1. Delivery Services and Rates
We deliver across the entire territory of Ukraine. We cooperate with key postal operators so you can choose the most convenient branch for receiving your order.
You can select one of the following delivery services:
Nova Poshta — according to the carrier's tariffs (branch or parcel locker);
Ukrposhta — according to the carrier's tariffs (economical option);
Meest Poshta — according to the carrier's tariffs.
Important Note on Shipping Costs: Shipment of orders is carried out at the buyer's expense. The shipping cost is not included in the product price and is calculated individually by the transport company based on the weight, dimensions of the parcel, and distance.
2. Processing and Dispatch Times
We prioritize efficiency. Once an order is confirmed, our warehouse begins the packing process. We use secure packaging that protects seeds from damage and humidity fluctuations during transport.
Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the moment of confirmation or receipt of payment.
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible; however, during peak seasonal periods, timing may vary within the specified regulation.
3. Payment Terms
We aim to make the payment process as comfortable and transparent as possible for every client—from home gardeners to large agricultural holdings.
Cash Payment You can pay for your order in cash upon receipt:
At the carrier's branch (Cash on Delivery / COD, e.g., via Nova Poshta);
To the courier upon home delivery.
Please Note! Payment is made exclusively in the national currency (UAH) at the price fixed at the time of the order. You will receive a receipt as proof of payment.
Cashless Payment (Bank Transfer) We offer bank transfer options for both individuals and legal entities.
How it works:
Immediately after placing the order, our manager will contact you to confirm details.
An invoice will be sent to your email or messenger.
You can pay the invoice at any bank branch, via a terminal, or from your company's current account. Payments are typically processed within 2–3 hours.
Cashless Payment Options and Documents:
Payment WITHOUT VAT (for Sole Proprietors/FOP and individuals): Upon delivery, along with the goods, you will receive:
Invoice;
Delivery note (Waybill);
Copies of registration documents (Extract from the register, Single Tax Payer Certificate, receipt of tax payment for the current month).
