The flesh is dense, without bitterness, with a delicate taste, which makes this variety ideal for frying, baking, and preparing various dishes.
The plant is 0.5–0.6 m tall, compact, with good fruit formation. The recommended planting density is 6–8 plants per m². The yield is high, 6–8 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to verticillium wilt, which ensures a stable harvest.
