A mid-early variety of eggplant, distinguished by its high yield and excellent commercial qualities. The ripening period is 120 days. The fruits are beautifully round, bright purple in color, with thick, glossy skin, weighing 300–500 g. The flesh is dense, without bitterness, with a delicate taste, which makes this variety ideal for frying, baking, and preparing various dishes.
The plant is 0.5–0.7 m tall, compact, with good fruit formation. The recommended planting density is 5–7 plants per m². The yield is high, 7–9 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to verticillium wilt, which ensures a stable harvest.
Violet is ideal for growing in open ground and greenhouses, as well as for storage due to its high commercial and taste qualities.
