An early sweet pepper variety with stable yields and attractive fruits. The maturation period is 95–100 days to technical maturity and 125–130 days to full maturity.
The fruits are medium-sized, weighing 90–120 g. At technical maturity they are green, turning bright yellow when fully ripe. Wall thickness is 5–6 mm, with juicy, sweet flesh and no bitterness.
The plant is compact, 0.4–0.5 m tall, and sets fruit well even under stressful conditions. The variety is resistant to verticillium wilt. Yields reach up to 8 kg per m². Azhur pepper has a high beta-carotene content and is ideal for canning, processing, cooking, and fresh consumption.
