A mid-early sweet pepper variety valued for its attractive large fruits, stable yield, and excellent taste. Fruits are blocky, massive, weighing 150–170 g, with very thick walls of 8–10 mm. The flesh is dense, juicy, and sweet, without bitterness. Fruits are green at the technical maturity stage and turn deep red at full ripeness. Ripening occurs in 130–135 days to the technical stage and 155–165 days to full maturity.
The plant is compact, 0.5–0.7 m tall, and sets fruit well even under adverse conditions. Yield reaches 5–6 kg per m². The variety is resistant to verticillium wilt. The “Rubinovyi” pepper is ideal for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, cooking, and commercial sale due to its high market and taste qualities.
