A mid-early sweet pepper variety with stable yields and large fruits. Fruits are cone-shaped, weighing 160–200 g, with thick walls of 8–10 mm. The flesh is dense, juicy, and sweet, with excellent taste. Ripening occurs in 110–115 days to the technical stage and 120–130 days to full maturity. Fruits are green at the technical stage and turn red when fully ripe.
The plant is 0.5–0.6 m tall and compact. Yield reaches 8–10 kg per m². The “Polot” pepper is resistant to TMV and fusarium and has excellent taste. Suitable for canning, as well as for sauces and stuffing.
